Mortimer Isaacs were appointed as Quantity Surveyors to undertake works in respect of a range of properties located at Imperial College London’s Wye campus.
Projects undertaken were extremely varied and included the refurbishment of:
- A Grade II listed public house into residential accommodation.
- The refurbishment of an old vicarage in a residential area.
- The change of use of an existing student accommodation block into lettable units.
- The construction of a new residential block of flats on the site of an existing student accommodation block.
The projects were all aimed at maximising the clients return on investment in the medium to long term, by taking advantage of Wye Village’s extremely buoyant rental market.
