The Shaw Cafe

The refurbishment of an underused yet prime location café space to provide a fully vegetarian and vegan café. The café was developed in response to student feedback for more vegan options on campus.
A critical element of the design was to future proof the café to ensure flexibility to deal with trends in eating habits over time. This is reflected in the neutral colours and components of the design.
