Mortimer Isaacs acted as Quantity Surveyors and CDM for the demolition of an existing fire damaged restaurant and the new build construction of its replacement.
Working closely with the client Mortimer Isaacs prepared the tender documents and made a recommendation for appointment, prepared monthly financial statements and also undertook negotiations with the clients insurance company to assist the client in reopening their first class restaurant in as short a timescale as possible.
