New Academic Building

Mortimer Isaacs were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for a cutting-edge new building to house the Department of Media and Communications at Goldsmiths, University of London.The new building is situated at the top of the College Green, replacing previous temporary accommodation, allowing different sections of the department previously scattered across the campus, to centralise into a single purpose-built space.

Mortimer Isaacs provided an extensive range of Quantity Surveying services including package management, agreement of procurement methodology and route, post contract cost control, valuations and final account negotiations. The new building houses a large lecture theatre, meeting spaces and a café with outside seating.
