Mortimer Isaacs have been retained by a commercial real estate agent in order to provide cost advice for dilapidation surveys on various buildings for our clients. Building types include:

Detailed surveys are undertaken recording the condition of the building components and systems, with the findings collated and costed and presented in a thorough report for the clients review and action.
