Sentinel Housing Association appointed Mortimer Isaacs as Employers Agent on a scheme to construct 15 dwellings of mixed tenure, on a site which contained 60 units. The various dwellings had to comply with the strict section 106 requirements.

Mortimer Isaacs worked closely with the contractor who had acquired the land to provide a high quality product.

Various challenges occurred throughout the project including liaison with solicitors regarding golden brick payments and re working of programmes to allow for works within badger protection areas.

The scheme has been extremely successful with the units provided identified by the Housing Association as among the highest quality they have ever taken possession of.
