Claredale House Refurbishment

The refurbishment of Claredale House, a private student halls in Bethnal Green, comprising of 248 bedrooms in 59 flats.
Works were planned to be undertaken during the summer shutdown to minimise disturbance to letting the property during term times. The works involved the replacement of windows, replacement of kitchens, removal of vanity units and making good in shower rooms, flooring replacement, decoration and remedial works.
