Mortimer Isaacs were Project Managers on the final 2 phases of the Beit Quad project. The Phase 2 works comprised the refurbishment of part of the East basement, the creation of a new hanging mezzanine level within the second floor, the construction of new central plant risers for mechanical and electrical engineering in support of future roof plant installation and the creation of a new gym/dance studio including new toilets and showers.

The third phase involved the refurbishment of the bars and night club space for the Student Union of Imperial College London.

The project involved the complete strip out and refit of the highly specialised areas within an extremely tight timescale, dictated by the start of a new academic year
